Introduction The Kenli Foundation (TKF) recognizes your concerns about your privacy and the use of your personal information. Because protecting your personal information is important to us, TKF has adopted this privacy policy regarding how your personal information is shared and maintained.

TKF collects relevant client information that is allowed or required by law for conducting our business. Your information may be available among TKF board members to provide needed services, conduct fund raising, or to allocate scholarships. TKF may use your information in marketing its purpose, upcoming events, and general information; however, TKF will not share or sell your information for the purposes of marketing or mailing lists to other companies.

All TKF board members are instructed to use strict standards of care and sound judgment regarding your confidential information. Members who do not adhere to said policies will be subject to dismissal from the board and foundation. Client Communications
To help you reduce the risk of becoming a victim of an email scam, it is important for you to understand what TKF may request via email. We may email you about new site features, fundraising, events, announcements or important updates. However, we will never send you an email asking you to update or verify sensitive information, including your account number(s), Social Security Number, PIN number, password, etc.
If you receive an email asking you for sensitive TKF information:
Do not reply and do not click any links inside the message.
Do not provide the information requested.
Immediately notify us via email or phone. If possible, please forward a copy of the email to thekenlifoundation@gmail.coma
