Introduction The Kenli Foundation (TKF) recognizes your concerns about your privacy and the use of your personal information. Because protecting your personal information is important to us, TKF has adopted this privacy policy regarding how your personal information is shared and maintained.

 

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, phone number and other information that is not otherwise publicly available. TKF collects relevant client information that is allowed or required by law for conducting our business. Personal information we receive from you on account applications, donation sites, or other forms is used strictly to conduct foundation business and for sharing updated information with you directly.

 

Sharing of Information

TKF may share information for conducting regular course of business that may include your mailing address or email address for communication purposes. Your information may be available among TKF board members to provide needed services, conduct fund raising, or to allocate scholarships. TKF may use your information in marketing its purpose, upcoming events, and general information; however, TKF will not share or sell your information for the purposes of marketing or mailing lists to other companies.

 

Protecting the Confidentiality of Your Personal Information

All TKF board members are instructed to use strict standards of care and sound judgment regarding your confidential information. Members who do not adhere to said policies will be subject to dismissal from the board and foundation. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable laws, to protect your personal information.   Online Privacy TKF understands that keeping your information secure online is important to you, and we are committed to keeping your personal information secure and private.

 

Client Communications

To help you reduce the risk of becoming a victim of an email scam, it is important for you to understand what TKF may request via email. We may email you about new site features, fundraising, events, announcements or important updates. However, we will never send you an email asking you to update or verify sensitive information, including your account number(s), Social Security Number, PIN number, password, etc.

 

If you receive an email asking you for sensitive TKF information:

Do not reply and do not click any links inside the message.

Do not provide the information requested.

Immediately notify us via email or phone. If possible, please forward a copy of the email to thekenlifoundation@gmail.coma
